Yesterday, our nation was struck once again by tragedy. Charlie Kirk was shot while speaking at Utah Valley University, a heartbreaking reminder of how raw political violence has become. As we mourn the passing of Charlie Kirk, we also pause today to remember 9/11 and the fear, the heroism, the sacrifice, the unity, and the faith that carried us through that horrific tragedy. Charlie Kirk once said: “I want to be remembered for courage for my faith… the most important thing is my faith.” No matter where you stand politically, there is something deeply Christian in that desire — that our faith would be our deepest identity, even in dark moments. Today we pray: • For Charlie Kirk’s family and all impacted by yesterday’s violence. • For our nation to choose compassion over hate, peace over fear. • For faith to rise in our hearts, to be our rock and refuge. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18

Our 3rd Annual Legacy Golf Tournament and Gala is coming December 1, 2025, at Apple Rock Golf Course (10:30 AM shotgun) followed by dinner and an exciting gala at Tower Palm Pavilion. We’re looking for 8–10 caring leaders to serve at least once a month—either in the elementary room on Sundays (9am or 11am service) or at Zao High on Wednesdays nights (6:30-9pm). This is a powerful opportunity to raise up and send out the next generation of Christ-followers through meaningful relationships and teaching. How to Get Started: If you’ve already completed Life Track, you’re all set to join!
